Sales are final on all personalised products. Our custom range is proudly made-to-order so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
Incorrect Personalised Spelling
We cannot provide a refund or exchange where a typing error has occurred by the customer when ordered via our website. We often receive orders containing creative name variations, so spelling mistakes are not apparent to our printing team. For this reason, we require customers to check and confirm order details before adding to cart to ensure your spelling is correct.
If you’ve received an incorrectly spelt product from us, and the error has been made on our behalf, we will either refund or reprint the product and post it to you free of charge. Please contact our Support Team if this occurs.
Our return guidelines for non personalised are as follows:
Merchandise other than personalised products are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment.
- Send an email to [email protected] notifying us on your return and reason. Please quote your order number, and we will reply with return address details.
- Products must be returned in their unused, original condition and in their original packaging. Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded.
- Once your return is received, a store credit is issued for the original purchase amount, minus original shipping charges and discounts. Your credit will be issued within 2 weeks of the day your package is received at our facility.
If you feel the goods you have purchased is faulty or defective please notify us by email prior to returning the goods, preferably with photos showing default and clearly explaining the reason for the return and the original invoice for the purchase.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, with reason for return and corresponding order number. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post office. The goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them. All refunds will be given using the original payment method.
